Ladies and Gentlemen, what an episode we have for you this week! With so many great new & newish movies to talk about as we sprint to the end of awards season, we were kept plenty busy. But on top of that, this week we decided to also focus a good portion of time on our Most Anticipated Films of 2013! Each of us go over some of our favorites, and we give some discussion on each.
We start the episode off with our reviews on the new (and newish) films hanging around and finally releasing in theaters, including "Promised Land", "The Impossible", "Zero Dark Thirty", "Django Unchained", "Les Miserables", "The Paperboy", and "Hitchcock".
Next week, two films get a wide release: "Gangster Squad" and "A Haunted House". I'll let you figure out which one we'll probably spend time on next week.
No time for anything outside of theaters this week, as we spend the second half of this week's Cast discussing all of the films we're looking forward to in 2013. Films like "Pacific Rim", "Iron Man 3", "Star Trek Into Darkness", and "Man of Steel" headline most of our picks, but more than 30 different titles are mentioned overall.
This is our first episode ever to approach the 2-hour mark, so there's a lot to take in this week. It's a great episode though, so definitely be sure to give it a listen!
